Favicon changes planned

After keeping the red/white favicon for two years (3/14/17 at approximately 2:47 PM), we are planning to revert to the favicon previously used from 2/15/2017 at approximately 8:02 PM (black circle/red "B" font) and roll this out to every device out there.
