If you finally knew it, Luis Vasquez made his debut in Ultimate Bloodstreams Battles!
Moves:
Neutral Kill: 3DS
Just like in my planned AGK episode Leopold vs. Luis, the opponent is dizzied with a ripple (or warp) and blinds them.
Side Kill: Message
Uses the message as seen in a video after Luis befriended Jayden. The message says: "(Jayden)[NON-STOP SUMMER]" and whacks them (powered with a swing, references Jayden playing wii)
Down Kill: Reflect
Taken from Villager's down tilt; Luis reflects and puts it into its pockets as what if a projectile was fired.
Final Killer: Super 3DS
Taken from Jayden Montoya's neutral move, but instead of it causing the 3DS to damage itself, Luis finishes the opponent with a combined warp and ripple; causing the blindness to the opponent.
NOTES:

2. Luis still uses the same voice as he does in his videos on YouTube.
